Vadakkanmannoor St. Thomas Orthodox Church, popularly known as Vadakkanmannoor pally , has about 600 families residing mostly in Areepparambu and Amayannoor, as members. All spiritual organizations like Sunday school, Marthamariyam Samajam, Youth League, Prayer Groups, Balasamajam, Divyabodhanam etc. are functioning effectively. This parish contributed 16 priests and 2 nuns to Lord's service, out of which 3 priests entered into eternal rest.

Besides fulfilling the spiritual needs of the parishioners, Vadakkanmannoor pally , delivering its social commitments through various charity and social services. Not only the parishioners, but the entire community around,firmly believe that the intercession of St. Thomas, the Patron Saint of the Vadakkanmannoor pally , who is locally known as Muthappan , is very powerful and effective.
